Calgary, Canada – AVAC Ltd. and Verdex Capital are proud to announce their sponsorship of the VCAA/CVCA Conference & Ski Day in Lake Louise, Alberta, on February 24-25.
The Venture Capital Association of Alberta (VCAA) and the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) bring together top investors at their annual invite-only conference which features high-level discussions on the venture capital landscape and upcoming sectors.
AVAC Ltd. is an Alberta-based investment company and has sponsored VCAA and CVCA events in the past. This year, they are bringing on Verdex Capital, their agriculture technology (Ag Tech) investment venture capital group, as a co-sponsor.

Established in 2015, it is a Canadian team assembled to extend awareness of the Finistere Ventures II (FVII) Fund, a $150M Ag Tech fund within Canada. The conference marks the first time that AVAC Ltd. and Verdex Capital are co-sponsoring an event.
